Bonnet Springs Park is the largest publicly funded park in the state, spanning 168 acres of repurposed land in downtown Lakeland, Florida. Described as the “Central Park of Central Florida” and voted USA Today’s Best City Park of 2025, the park’s mission is to enrich the community through nature, culture, recreation, and education.
Tinsley Creative has been a part of this project since its inception and has played an integral role in its development, launch, and continued success. As the original brand developer and a longstanding strategic partner, Tinsley Creative has helped guide and support the evolution of the Bonnet Springs Park brand through marketing, advertising, creative development, and brand strategy. Welcoming approximately 35,000 guests, Bonnet Springs Park opened in October 2022 with a two day event. This state-of-the-art, natural attraction entrusted Tinsley Creative with creating a fresh marketable brand that signified the transition from dream to the reality of the park opening. Growth, creativity, and accomplishment were the themes for creating the new brand identity mark for Florida’s largest free natural attraction.
