As Brand Manager for Tinsley Creative, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability for our clients.
You will work closely with the account management team to help develop and produce marketing and advertising strategies for our client’s brand initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage custom marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain client reference and/or digital archives for all assigned accounts, detailing past work and work-in-progress, and all pertinent information needed to assist the meeting of client standards
- Ensure all media and client projects proceed according to plan and deadlines
- Proofread copy, artwork, agency and printers’ proofs as requested; see that all work completes the standard agency approval process
- Write pitches, blog posts, content calendars, and articles
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaign, and assess ROI and KPIs for clients
- Devise and implement innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, social media, public relations or communications or equivalent agency experience
- Interactive/Digital knowledge
- Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Click Up, and Print production knowledge
- Reliable transportation

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring client’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, increase sales, and drive website traffic.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content for multiple clients that consistently promote engaging ideas, creative initiatives, and campaigns
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the client and ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through social media channels
- Work with Brand Managers to create and implement social media strategies monthly
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through client’s social media platforms
- Analyze, measure, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the client’s branding
- Development and management of a budget promoting social media posts and paid placement ads

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in internet marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of social media management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media best practices
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Natural ability to learn or perform in an ever-changing environment as technology changes on social media platforms
- Understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

Are you an amazing graphic designer looking for an opportunity to show off your cultivated design skills by creating outstanding art for clients in a variety of fields? We are looking for a highly talented, creative individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of real-world design experience to join our award-winning team. If you are a recent college graduate looking for your first job, we wish you the best, but this is not the position for you. We are seeking an in-office designer with professional experience in an agency setting or in-house marketing department. We handle a diverse workload of advertising and marketing campaigns for our local, regional, and international client base spanning across multiple industries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions in digital and print media.
- Create brochures, ads, logos, e-blasts, printed collateral, social media graphics, video assets, signage, packaging, website assets, and more.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to assess the needs and requests made by the client to produce the most effective outcomes for our clients.
- Deliver creative materials based on sound design fundamentals and strategically concepted processes.
- Collaborate with other design team, web team, social media team, and accounts team members
- Efficiently work in a high-paced environment, while being able to accurately represent different brands.
- Maintain daily project lists and time management to ensure deadlines are met.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience including both digital and print.
- Agency or in-house marketing department experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- Advanced experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of HTML and/or drag-and-drop editors for e-blast creation.
- Knowledge of print production and pre-press techniques.
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management application.
