ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Design WordPress sites using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Develop responsive websites using WordPress, PHP, and Beaver Builder.
- Launch, improve performance, and maintain a high volume of websites.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience with WordPress design/development, including plugin and theme customization.
- Understanding of WordPress security best practices.
- Knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Must be detail-oriented to follow protocol and checklists.
- Well organized and self-sufficient.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, site architecture, and mobile optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ADA Compliance.
- Agency or in-house marketing department experience.
- Proficiency with languages such as Java, Ruby, PHP, MySQL, SQL, and Python.
- Proficiency in server-side development and optimization of data, including database creation, management, and debugging.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
