During the past year, Tinsley Creative’s client base has grown and expanded by venturing into several new industries. The addition of these new team members will help ensure that the Tinsley Creative Team can continue to elevate client brands with unmatched customer service and creativity.

Sarah Pera joins Tinsley Creative as a Digital Brand Developer. She recently graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design. She brings experience in website design from Empire State Ventures, freelance work with Salvation Army Lakeland, and graphic design work with her local church. Her duties with Tinsley Creative will include website and graphic design for the firm’s clients to elevate the firm’s established and new portfolio of clients.

Victoria Henderson joins Tinsley Creative as a Brand Manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. She brings years of experience telling client/customer stories through her previous work with Hall Communications and Max 98.3. Her duties with Tinsley Creative will include assisting clients with strategic development and execution of day to day marketing efforts that are needed to grow and expand their brands.

Kaitlyn Marcum joins Tinsley Creative as a Social Brand Developer. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from Western Kentucky University. Working for United Way of Central Florida for five years, she brings experience in data analytics, managing several campaign accounts, and tracking data trends. Her duties with Tinsley Creative will include managing the firm’s client’s social media accounts and content creation to tell brand stories.

Drew Marcum joins Tinsley Creative as a Brand Developer. He has a degree in Graphic Design and brings 5 years of experience from fusionZone Automotive as an OEM Compliance Manager, UX Designer, as well as Implementation Manager. He designed incentive offer banners, email blasts, website audits, and several other digital graphics for over 500 automotive dealerships. His duties with Tinsley Creative will include graphic design to elevate the firm’s established and new portfolio of clients.

Meghn Hill has been promoted to Director of Web Development. As a graduate of the University of South Florida, she brought over 10 years of experience in web design and marketing to Tinsley Creative as a web developer. With this new role, she will be leading the web team with strategic planning, development, and implementation to ensure technical/visual quality as well as performance

Tiffany Taylor joins Tinsley Creative as a Brand Manager. She has a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University. With diverse career experience, including nonprofit management with Downtown Lakeland Partnership and SUN ‘n FUN Fly-In and most recently owning Replay Upscale Resale, she will drive new business development and assist clients with strategic development.

Tinsley Creative Promotes Chris Nichols to Creative Director

As a graduate from the University of Florida, Nichols has been a graphic designer for over fifteen years. He brought his experience in print advertising, web banners and graphics, magazine and book design, basic web coding, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media graphics, video production and much more to Tinsley Creative as a Senior Designer. With this new promotion, his duties will include managing the creative team, as well as being the lead creative driver on the firm’s established and new portfolio of clients.

Donovan Tinsley Wins 2020 Silver Medal Award

In February, the Tinsley team attended the 2020 American Advertising Federation of Polk County Addy’s ceremony where our Principal, Donovan Tinsley, was this year’s honored recipient of the Silver Medal Award!

The American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award Program was established in 1959 to recognize men and women who have made outstanding contributions to advertising, creative excellence, and furthering the industry’s standards. 

To our team this comes as no surprise, since Donovan is a seasoned 20-year veteran in the field of all things marketing and advertising. Having managed several retail operations, he gained the knowledge to transition into marketing where he opened AdSource Advertising in 2000. AdSource Advertising is now proudly known today as Tinsley Creative, where Donovan leads and drives our success by cultivating client relationships and providing focused, result-driven, and creative advertising solutions. 

His most admirable trait? His giving heart and spirit. Over the years, Donovan has offered pro-bono marketing and/or discounted rates to local nonprofits and charitable events so that they could succeed in their mission to better serve our community. We’re so proud of Donovan and all that he continues to do to ensure the success of not only our clients, but our team as well.
